For the past month or so Ryan has been keeping a cup full of water in the fridge. So when he comes home from a hot office or work out at the gym, cold water is there waiting for him. All is well for Ry and his cold water...until the day comes when I knock it over, accidentally, and forbid the blue cup to ever bring a refreshing meeting in the fridge again. Ryan will have to make friends with the ice family, which can be very inconvenient since we don't have an ice maker.Moving on to the dishwasher. What's that dirty ol dingy hat doing in there? Oh, you mean the gross sweat stained fishing hat ryan picked up off the ground while playing golf? I wouldn't be able to tell ya if it wasn't for Ryan informing me last night, that this is the best way to wash hats.
My husband is a genius.

8 say what?:
brilliant.
simply brilliant
Husbands are interesting sometimes aren't they?
That's so funny...my dad always washed his hats that way!
I didn't know you could even WASH hats??
I thought you just throw em' away and buy a new one!
But of course, I'm always on the lookout to buy new things so I have an excuse for everything.
we have washed many a hat this way. although i refuse to wash them with dishes so I just put them on that little short cycle. also, the hat rack that can be purchases at your local target or walmart help keep it looking in perfect form while being washed.
Man - Woman- aren't we different? Is'nt it fun & interesting? Keep making each other laugh. The hat came out great by the way, and no sense crying over spilled water.
Wow tell your hubby thanks I have been washing mine in the washer and they just dont seem right after that. I had heard about putting them in the dishwasher I must have forgotten so thanks for the reminder....
hmmm i will have to try the hat thing.
